Gilbanks create exceptional, fully serviced working environments designed for companies that place professionalism, well-being, and productivity at the forefront of their business.
We worked with the Gilbanks’ designers to provide furniture for their One Park Row facility in the very heart of the professional and financial district of Leeds city centre. The brief was to provide a unique working environment which would encourage employee productivity and collaboration and set a higher standard for flexible working space, not only in Leeds but across the UK’s regional centres.
We created a palette of furniture that would work well within the Park Row facility and would be transferable to rollout on other Gilbanks facilities. The final product blend is the culmination of extensive research into the coworking spaces within the area and our desire to offer a solution that would be unique to the prestigious Gilbanks brand.
The core office spaces utilise Humanscale’s World chair and KI’s Work2 benching product that features retro-fit height adjustability. Formal and informal meeting spaces and breakout areas feature a palette of products that included classics by Fritz Hansen and Vitra, amongst others.
In 2022, Gilbanks commissioned us to furnish their York Street, Manchester space.
