Urban Splash are all about reinvention. It’s not their style to rip it up and start again, and Boat Shed on the banks of the River Irwell has been their latest challenge.
Urban Splash transformed this overlooked 90s office block into exciting new workspaces that meet the demands of the modern workforce. Dramatically modernised inside and out, Boat Shed is now a place for startups, up-and-comers and established enterprises to work alongside each other with support from excellent on-site amenities, including a café, meeting facilities, bike racks and showers.
Corporate Workspace provided a palette of furniture for several suites, with different specifications to suit a variety of rental budgets.
